We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest tests for the NAVCOM (NAVigation and COMmunication testbed) project, supported by Agenzia Spaziale Italiana. NAVCOM leverages SDR technologies to provide a reliable backup for positioning of an orbiting station where GNSS coverage is limited or not available, processing signals from up to five base stations on Earth via Qascom’s GNSS receiver.
Qascom team contributed to the verification of NAVCOM testbed’s electrical compatibility with ISS systems through power quality testing at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, confirming compliance with NASA standards for human spaceflight.
